You will be responsible for editing engaging and visually appealing videos for our real estate YouTube channel, showcasing properties, neighborhood tours, market updates, and client testimonials. Your work will help attract potential buyers, investors, and subscribers through storytelling, dynamic editing, and brand consistency. Key ResponsibilitiesEdit property videos, walkthroughs, drone footage, and agent interviews for YouTube. Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and background music. Color-correct and enhance footage to showcase properties professionally. Sync audio, voiceovers, and background music seamlessly. Maintain consistent branding (intro/outro, fonts, colors, logos). Create short clips and highlights for social media promotion (Reels, Shorts). Collaborate with marketing and real estate teams to meet project goals. Stay updated on YouTube trends and optimize videos for engagement and retention.
