Senior Veterinary

As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon at YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals), you will play a crucial role in providing medical care to abandoned, injured, or ill-treated animals. Founded in 2010 by four dedicated animal lovers, YODA is a registered charity in Mumbai dedicated to improving human-animal co-existence. Our organization offers a range of services including prompt medical assistance, behavioral rehabilitation, sheltering, and sterilization programs for stray animals. In this full-time on-site position based in Faridabad, you will be responsible for performing veterinary surgeries, administering medical treatments, and conducting laboratory tests. Your role will involve overseeing pet care, providing veterinary medicine, and collaborating closely with the rehabilitation team to ensure the well-being and recovery of all rescued animals. To excel in this role, you should possess Veterinary Surgery and Veterinary Medicine skills, experience in Pet Care and administering Medicine, as well as relevant Laboratory Skills in the veterinary field. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is crucial for success in this position. Ideally, you should hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or an equivalent degree. Any experience in animal welfare or a related field would be considered a valuable asset.
