Senior Validation Engineer

As an SSD Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing SSD requirements, updating test specifications, and performing test programming in Java, C++, or Python. You will also analyze failures to determine if they are related to Host, Firmware, or Drive issues, mapping failures to the Firmware module level for added insight. Additionally, you will clarify any NVMe, PCIe, or other standard specification requirements with Architects and Developers as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze SSD requirements and update test specifications - Perform test programming in Java, C++, or Python - Analyze failures to determine if they are Host, Firmware, or Drive related - Map failures to Firmware module level for detailed analysis - Clarify NVMe, PCIe, or other standard specification requirements with Architects/Developers Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in SSD domain - Expertise in SSD Firmware development or SSD Validation (EVT, DVT) - High level competency in NVMe and/or PCIe specification - Strong programming skills in C or Python - Experience in SSD FW failure analysis, with root cause analysis as an added advantage - Knowledge of OCP, ZNS, MFND, SRIOV is an added advantage - Design and implementation knowledge of SSD Firmware is preferred - Knowledge of NAND policies - Experience with SSD verification tools such as NVMe CLI, Oakgate, LeCroy, Sanblaze - Understanding of Linux Internals - Hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Jenkins,
