Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Title: Senior UI UX Designer Location: IITM Research Park, Taramani, Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-5 Years Salary: As per Company Standards We are looking for a passionate UI UX Designer with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our growing team and help us create intuitive, user-centric designs for our products. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, engineers and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts. Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements. Make page navigation buttons and search fields. Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and resolve UX issues, Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines. Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve designs. Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and contribute to maintaining the design system. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team processes. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in UI UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, and current design trends. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Especially Team work. Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional user interfaces.,
