Happiest Minds Technologies Pvt.Ltd is looking for SENIOR UX DESIGNER - SENIOR DESIGNER to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
