Senior UX Designer

Job Description

What you will do: Be the lead designer for all the products of the company. Create user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, and pixel perfect screens. Create high fidelity mockups that show full experiences and micro interactions. Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA and others to ensure high quality outcomes. Develop a deep understanding of our end users and optimize for their experience. Effectively communicate your ideas to a range of stakeholders and audiences through presentation and storytelling. Who You Are: A good listener who can build consensus among a diverse group of stake holders. You know when to ask questions, which questions to ask, and how to listen with intent to learn. Work portfolio that demonstrates 7+ years of building software, including designs from scratch for a new product. Demonstrated ability to work on complicated products and ability to simplify without oversimplifying. Ability to make strategic design and UX decisions Hands-on knowledge of Responsive Design frameworks for building scalable applications across web and mobile Have a background in HCI, Design, or a related field. You know the theory behind interaction design and you have experience using design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Framer, Adobe XD, InVision) to translate ideas into working products. Are interested in how people get access to data, curate data, understand data, and communicate through data. Have experience designing machine learning experiences to augment human decision making. A design degree or equivalent certification Exposure to Finance industry is good to have
