Senior User Experience Developer (UX Developer)

We are seeking a UX Designer to contribute to the user experience design of a web-based accounting application. Your primary focus in this role will be to ensure that the application is user-friendly, efficient, and tailored to the requirements of accounting professionals. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and end users to co-create solutions that enhance usability. Responsibilities: - Transform user requirements and accounting processes into compelling user experiences - Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to support the development process - Work alongside cross-functional teams throughout the design and development lifecycle - Maintain consistency, clarity, and usability across all interface elements - Establish and uphold a cohesive visual and interactive design system - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design choices Requirements: - Demonstrable experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills - Ideally, possess a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Media Science, or a related field - Proficient in user-centered design principles and methodologies - Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma - Understanding of frontend development limitations (HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics) - Ability to conduct or assist with user research and usability testing - Knowledge of accounting or financial software is a plus - Excellent communication skills and the capacity to articulate design decisions to diverse teams - Proficiency in both written and spoken English,
