Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior User Experience Designer located in Chennai. The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience

   in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms
• Deep expertise in 

  Design Thinking

   and 

  User Research

  , with the ability to translate insights into impactful design strategies
• Solid experience in 

  Visual Design

   and crafting seamless, accessible 

  User Experiences (UX)

• Proficiency in 

  prototyping tools

   such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent
• Excellent 

  communication and collaboration skills

  , with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven success working in 

  team-oriented

  , agile environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

  Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

  , or a related field
• Experience with 

  enterprise-level products

   and familiarity with 

  agile methodologies
