Senior User Experience Designer

As a highly experienced UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for transforming complex financial data of a SaaS into intuitive and beautiful user experiences. Your role will involve designing and delivering: - Intuitive dashboards for complex financial data visualization - AI recommendation interfaces to build user trust and confidence - Real-time portfolio analytics and performance tracking screens - Mobile-first responsive designs for on-the-go investing - User onboarding flows that simplify complex financial concepts - Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and information architecture - Developing navigation structures and user flow diagrams - Conducting usability audits and making research-driven design decisions To qualify for the Sr. UI UX Designer position, you must have the following: - 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech/financial or SaaS products - A strong portfolio showcasing data visualization and dashboard design - Proficiency in Figma - Ability to communicate with the development team, provide insights into UX decisions, and collaborate with the project team - Deep understanding of current technologies, design trends/research, and the desire to innovate using digital platforms - Strong attention to detail - Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms - Understanding of user research and usability testing principles - Immediate availability (within 1 week) - Willingness to meet once a week in-person in office settings with the team (Delhi NCR) Additionally, it would be good to have: - Experience in financial services, investment platforms, or SaaS design - Experience in designing AI-powered or data-heavy applications - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries - Experience with user testing and data-driven design decisions If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply now!
