Job Description

SAP is looking for Senior User Experience Design Specialist to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods.
Experience with usability testing and feedback sessions.
