We are currently hiring Lead/Senior US IT Recruiters
Location: Tirupati, India (no remote)
Looking for Experienced Lead Bench sales recruiters in US IT Recruitment.
Experience working on SAP, Bigdata, AI/ML, Java, Data Engineering, Business Analyst, DevOps and Salesforce consultants is preferred.
Must be able to work independently and manage a team of 5 recruiters in a fast-growing environment.Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload.Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic and result oriented.Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent and be able to multi-task. Should be able to handle multiple submissions for several consultants on a daily basis.
Salary: DOE + bonus + incentives.
