US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Tirupati ONSITE Full Time/Contract Experience: 2+ years Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Roles and Responsibilities: • A qualified candidate must have min 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. • Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp-2-Corp & 1099 etc. • Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, GC, GC EAD's. • Must have good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process. • Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing. • Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, , OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client. • Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities. • Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner • Should possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, Client Hiring manager contacts • Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates. • Must be a good team player and result driven.

Required a SAP Global Trade Services (GTS ) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to serve as on a team to implement/upgrade SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H). Applicant should have understanding of the complete logistical process (including Sales and Distribution, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Advanced Transportation Management and Warehouse Management ) and how GTS integrates into the process. Must have experience implementing SAP GTS including Sanctioned Party List, Embargo, Legal Control (Import and Export), GTS Customs Filing (Import and Export) (Direct Filing and Broker Enablement), and Preference Management. Experience with US Import and Export regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR). • Proficient in SAP GTS Configuration • Knowledge of Trade Compliance Best Practices • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to debug ABAP is a plus • Knowledge on S4 processes that feed into GTS • Ability to gather and communicate customer requirements • A knowledge of what GTS offers out of the box”
