Senior US Bookkeeper

As a Chartered Accountant or CA Inter or a candidate with a relevant master's degree and experience, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP in all accounting activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating and analyzing financial reports from Stripe and Square platforms - Reconciling transaction data and integrating it seamlessly with the company's accounting system - Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with expertise in US division accounting functions - Proficiency in GAAP-based accounting practices and financial reporting - In-depth knowledge of inventory management, gross margin tracking, and related reconciliations - Hands-on experience with complex balance sheet transactions, such as Equity SWAPS and SAFE agreements - Strong familiarity with Stripe and Square platforms for reporting and reconciliation Additionally, you should possess: - Strong understanding of accounting software and advanced Excel skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Please note that immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time position in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
