Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a postgraduate with a degree in Urban Planning from a reputed university in India or abroad, having a cumulative experience of minimum 10 years post Masters. Your experience will involve projects related to regional plans, master plans, zonal plans, local area plans, policy preparation, and other city-level statutory and non-statutory plans. Proficient knowledge of Odia language will be a plus for you. You will be proficient in software skills such as Arc GIS, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, with demonstrable skills in plan preparation, policy preparation, understanding of development control regulations, zoning regulations, urban design guidelines, presentation decks & report writing.
