Senior UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience, your role involves architecting and implementing innovative, scalable, and responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will bring a strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and a user-centered mindset to deliver intuitive and visually compelling experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement high-quality, responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications. - Optimize existing user interfaces through usability testing, heatmaps, and data-driven insights. - Collaborate with frontend and backend development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Establish and maintain design consistency through reusable components, design systems, and comprehensive style guides. - Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. - Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces through wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Design intuitive UI elements such as dashboards, widgets, navigation bars, and menus. - Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. - Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively with minimal supervision. **Qualifications Required:** - 5 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers. - Experience with design systems, component libraries, and atomic design principles. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
