Senior Designer (UI/UX & Visual Design)

About the Role

Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (XD, Invision, Sketch, etc.).
Present design concepts effectively to UK clients and internal teams, explaining design decisions clearly.
Translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms.
Ensure designs adhere to web standards, accessibility guidelines, and cross-browser compatibility.
Analyze and incorporate data from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve user experience.
Work within an agile development environment, participating in design reviews, sprint planning, and feedback sessions.
