As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Rannkly, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience and aesthetic appeal of SaaS products. Your role will be crucial in designing user-friendly interfaces that cater to the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creation of intuitive and customer-focused UI/UX designs for various digital touchpoints. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. - Conduct user research and analyze feedback to make informed UI/UX design decisions. - Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas. - Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards for the team to follow. - Provide guidance to junior designers to ensure high-quality design outcomes. - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field. - Demonstrated UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and OmniGraffle. - Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. - Strong visual design skills with an understanding of user-system interaction. - Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. - Familiarity with front-end languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
