As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Rannkly, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience and aesthetic appeal of the SaaS products. Your role will be crucial in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creation of exceptional UI/UX designs that prioritize customer needs across various digital touchpoints. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and overall user experience. - Conduct user research and analyze feedback to gain insights and evaluate the impact of UI/UX design decisions. - Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. - Establish and uphold design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the organization. - Provide guidance to junior designers to ensure high-quality design deliverables. - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, etc. - Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. - Strong visual design skills with a focus on user-system interaction. - Proficient in developing responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. - Familiarity with front-end languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
