Senior UI / UX designer

As a Senior UI / UX designer at this company in Australia, your role involves owning the design process for UX and UI within the CRO space. You will be responsible for creating UI and interactions for digital environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand customer needs and business objectives, translating them into effective and engaging online experiences. - Engaging relevant team members to facilitate the design process and ensure all stakeholders are informed and involved regarding solutions, timelines, and issues. - Assisting in facilitating Workshops, Design Reviews, and Retros & proof of concepts. - Leveraging insights and data to identify points of friction for users and conversion blockers/issues, presenting findings back to the team for turning them into experiments. - Demonstrating great organizational skills to manage your time based on the team's needs and guide prioritization discussions. - Staying updated with the latest developments in UX, CRO, and digital marketing. - Balancing UX purity and recommendations with business priorities and system limitations. - Keeping abreast of innovation and new technology trends or practices, especially in mobile, responsive web design, applications, and rapid prototyping. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile and fast-paced environment.
