Senior UI/UX Designer

• User Research & Analysis:

  • Lead user research activities such as interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to create detailed user personas and journey maps.

• Design Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Define and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into seamless interfaces and interactions.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
  • Bridge the gap between design and development by providing clear design specifications.

• Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Advocate for best practices in design thinking, accessibility, and user experience.

• Testing & Optimization:

  • Conduct usability testing to identify areas of improvement and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Use analytics and user behaviour insights to drive continuous improvements.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior or lead role.

• Skills:

  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in creating design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Knowledge of basic front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
