Job Description

Westbird Holidays is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trip Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in designing customized tour packages, client handling, itinerary planning, and coordinating with vendors.

This role requires someone who deeply understands global destinations, customer requirements, and can deliver premium travel experiences with efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design customized domestic & international tour packages based on client requirements
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals
• Communicate with customers professionally via call, email & WhatsApp
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and transport providers
• Manage end-to-end booking process: reservations, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Handle after-sales support and ensure smooth client travel experience
• Maintain package costings and ensure profitability
• Keep updated knowledge of global travel trends, visas, airlines & offers
• Train & guide junior team members when required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a travel agency or tour operations
• Strong destination knowledge (Asia, Europe, Middle East preferred)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Proficiency in itinerary building, costing & vendor coordination
• Knowledge of GDS / Traventry / CRM systems is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
