Senior Travel Sales Head

You are an experienced Revenue Development candidate with over 15 years of experience in Travel Sales (Media) field. Your main role will involve assisting in sales, planning, and execution of content with a strong focus on digital media. It is essential that you possess a good understanding of digital media and have an existing client base, along with strong connections and relations with Travel marketing agencies. To excel in this role, you must have excellent sales skills and good communication abilities. Building strong working relationships within the travel and hospitality industry is crucial. You should be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate effective negotiation skills. Additionally, a solid knowledge of marketing is required, as Tourism Boards expect the team to think like marketeers. Having a strong network in the travel & tourism sector across PAN India is highly beneficial. Your responsibilities will include creating integrated customized plans for clients across various platforms within the group. You will be expected to manage the entire sales process, from reaching out to clients, developing customized plans, to executing the plans effectively. Contacting potential clients, establishing rapport, and setting up meetings are key tasks. You should be capable of ideating on content solutions based on client briefs, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams. In your work environment, you will collaborate with your team to achieve KPIs and team goals.
