Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, assisting customers with reservations, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and finalizing travel plans, handling travel-related queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or related field
