Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Travel Consultant to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tours and travel operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage both individual and group travel requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international travel requirements (ticketing, hotels, visas, insurance, tours, and transfers).
• Provide end-to-end travel consultation and customized itineraries as per client needs.
• Manage corporate and leisure travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
• Assist in handling escalations, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of bookings, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Keep updated with travel regulations, visa procedures, and new travel products.
• Support junior team members and guide them in daily operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in international & domestic ticketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of travel regulations, destinations, and tourism trends.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Relevant certifications in GDS or ticketing preferred.
