Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining smooth transport operations at the client's place. Your major responsibilities will include designing and developing effective transport processes and systems, ensuring SLAs are met as per client requirements, monitoring the transportation processes, managing the transport team, vendor management, and ensuring adherence to SLAs by vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing effective transport processes and systems - Ensuring SLAs are met as per client requirements - Monitoring and controlling shuttle services, spot rentals, airport transfers, and employee pickups and drops - Managing the transport team - Vendor management from an operational perspective - Regular interaction with employees for improving transport services and handling escalations - Ensuring adherence to SLAs by vendors, including statutory and non-statutory compliance - Submitting and sharing vendor, operational, and management reports on a daily basis Qualification Required: - Any graduation Additional Company Details: INCO: Cushman & Wakefield Note: Compensation will be commensurate with the market.,
