As a Training and Development Manager at Wipro, your role involves devising plans and strategies in alignment with the organizational training strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these plans and assessing their outcomes. Identifying training and developmental needs and driving suitable training initiatives that yield successful business outcomes will be crucial aspects of your role. You will collaborate across various departments to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge related to both their specific vertical and the overall requirements of the Account.
