• Train and guide existing designers on modular systems, detailing standards, materials, hardware, BOQ logic, and execution understanding.
• Create structured internal training playbooks, process guides, and reference systems for designers.
• Reinforce modular design workflows and ensure all designers follow a structured, standardized process.
• Conduct regular design performance reviews and identify upskilling needs. • Improve designers communication skills — internal coordination, production alignment, and client handling where applicable.
• Audit ongoing design projects, flag inefficiencies, and guide teams toward faster and more accurate delivery.
• Drive adoption of templates, process tools, and documentation formats.
• Foster a learning-driven culture — knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, process hygiene.
• 6–10 years of experience in interior design or modular design operations/training.
• Deep understanding of modular furniture systems, detailing, site realities, and production/installation flow.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and team-alignment skills.
• Ability to lead structured learning cycles and process-driven improvements.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like SketchUp (or equivalent).
• Strong documentation and process-thinking ability.
