Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international tour inquiries, preparing customized travel packages, negotiating with hotels and vendors, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Prepare and share customized domestic and international tour packages based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local vendors to obtain competitive rates and availability.
• Present quotations to clients and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and bookings in CRM or Excel.
• Provide detailed itinerary planning, cost estimation, and package inclusions/exclusions.
• Handle post-booking communication with clients for confirmations, vouchers, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and operations teams before and during the tour.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with new destinations, travel trends, and promotional offers.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales (domestic/international).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotel categories, and package planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Salary - Upto 45k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
