Job Description

As a QA Automation Engineer at YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to be a part of an award-winning team within the client TDI division and play a crucial role in defining and implementing the strategic test automation approach. With a focus on Archiving Technology, you will collaborate with Test Engineers and Product colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and consistent Test Automation framework is in place. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Test Automation frameworks and scripts for both Functional and Non-Functional testing activities. You will analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and maximize test coverage for critical system features. In addition, you will suggest and make enhancements to the framework, establish Continuous Integration processes, and standardize the automation test approach across different layers of the product. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in building test automation and performance testing frameworks. Your expertise should include knowledge of Agile techniques, such as User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration. Experience with tools like Selenium, Serenity, TestNG, Junit, and JMeter will be valuable, along with familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other related platforms.
