Senior Test Lead - Workday HR Automation

As a Senior Test Lead at Flutter Entertainment, your role will involve driving the comprehensive testing strategy and execution for the global HR Transformation program. Your responsibilities will include: - **Test Strategy & Leadership:** - Developing and executing a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing across all Workday modules and connected systems. - Establishing testing standards, methodologies, and best practices aligned with quality objectives and coordinating with the partner testing team across multiple countries and functional areas. - **Test Automation & Turnkey Implementation:** - Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using the Turnkey platform to ensure efficient regression testing and continuous quality assurance. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Working closely with the Senior Data Lead to develop comprehensive data validation and migration testing strategies. - Collaborating with the Integration Lead to ensure thorough testing of all system integrations and API connections. - **Test Planning & Execution:** - Ensuring detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts are created for all phases of the program. - Managing test environments, test data provisioning, and coordinating testing schedules across multiple workstreams. - **Toolkit Creation & Knowledge Transfer:** - Developing reusable testing frameworks, templates, and accelerator tools using Turnkey for rapid deployment of testing solutions in future implementations. - Creating comprehensive test documentation, playbooks, and training materials for knowledge transfer to BAU teams. To excel in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 6-8 years experience in software testing with at least 5 years in senior or lead testing roles on large-scale ERP or HR transformation programs. - Extensive hands-on experience with Turnkey test automation platform. - Proven experience testing Workday implementations and strong expertise in test automation frameworks.
