• Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop test plans and test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for the products features.
• Continuous Integration: Integrate automation scripts with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure automated tests are executed as part of the build process.
• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute functional & regression manual tests, automated test scripts, track test results, and generate detailed reports on test execution, test coverage, and defect analysis.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback to improve product quality and testability.
• Test Maintenance: Maintain and update automation scripts as the product evolves, ensuring that tests remain valid and effective.
• Performance & Load Testing: In some cases, contribute to performance and load testing efforts, ensuring the application can handle expected user volumes.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior test engineers and share best practices, standards, and strategies related to test automation.
• Quality: Ensure that software adheres to quality standards and best practices. Co-ordinate with QMS on process and documentation
• Database: Validate results in SQL database using complex SQL queries and joins.
• Represent testing team in cross functional meetings and discussions
• Analyzing and visualizing data to generate Power BI reports and dashboards

5-8 years of experience in manual and test automation

Proven track record of building and maintaining automated tests for web, mobile, or API applications

Experience in working with Agile and SAFe delivery models

Expertise in building automation frameworks

Generating test scripts in any programming language

Represent testing team in cross functional meetings and discussions
