5-7 years of industrial experience in IT Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the area of testing Planning, coordinating, and executing project testing activities ensuring the testing is conducted effectively and efficiently. Create test scenarios / test cases and validate the same against the business requirements / functional specifications and ensure 100% test coverage. Execute all test cases and report errors, defining severity and priority for each. Regression testing should be performed whenever modifications to the code are made to fix defects. Collaborating with development team to ensure timely and effective defect resolution. Generating comprehensive test reports and communicating test results to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Identifying areas of improvement, proposing process enhancements, and implementing industry best practices. Experience in Selenium or any other test automation tools will be an added advantage.
