Senior Test Engineer - Workday Payroll

In this role at QualiZeal, you will be responsible for validating Bswift benefits enrollment workflows, eligibility rules, and data exchange between Workday and Bswift. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software stability. - Tracking and reporting defects using tools such as SmartSheets, JIRA, or Servicenow and collaborating with developers and functional analysts to resolve issues. - Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) to streamline the testing process and increase test coverage. - Validating EIBs, integrations, and reports between Workday and Bswift. - Documenting test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts to maintain thorough documentation and ensure traceability throughout the testing process. - Continuously evaluating and improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: - Experience with Bswift or similar benefits administration platforms and their integration with Workday. - Hands-on experience with Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Report Writer. - Solid understanding of Workday business processes, compensation rules, and security roles as they relate to testing. - Strong data validation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
