Job Description Position: Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python and Robot Framework) To further strengthen and expand our team at Securiton India, we are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with knowledge of Robot Framework with Selenium. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our test automation framework Robot framework. You will give team members the capability to use the automation framework and write scripts. You will also collaborate closely with the software development team to come up with effective solutions. Required Experience Experience : 5+ years of experience in the Test Automation. Technology & Tools Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, Azure DevOps Server and Jira Preferred Professional Certifications ISTQB Required Skills Test Automation Must have minimum of 5 years of experience with stronghold in implementing automated testing solutions. Strong knowledge of Robot Framework with Selenium Experience with integrating test automation into the CI/CD pipeline. Experience with the automation of web applications. Experience with focus on QA processes and methodologies. Experience in test case documentation. Experience testing concepts and tools. Experience on test effort estimation and scheduling. Personal Strong problem-solving attitude, good troubleshooting skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and team player qualities. Effective communication and the ability to empower team members. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Capable of working in a hybrid team environment. Motivated to learn and apply new concepts and technologies. Others Experience working within an agile development process (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) from the test design, test automation and execution perspective. Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain Robot Framework with Selenium Develop reusable test automation scripts. Lead and train other testers within the testing team. Analyze test reports. Analyze system log files as needed. Manage test automation coverage. Understand the features and functionality of the application under testing. Participate in sprint planning, stories estimate, backlog refinement, retrospective, and bug triage meetings.
