Senior Test Automation Engineer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing in C#/.NET environments. Your role will involve defining and implementing a comprehensive test strategy to ensure optimal test coverage and reduce regression risks. It will also require you to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous quality validation. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and DevOps team members will be essential to ensure the testability and maintainability of solutions. You will drive the adoption of best practices in quality assurance, test automation, and documentation. Additionally, mentoring and coaching team members on test automation tools, techniques, and approaches will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on testing results to proactively identify issues before release will also be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on test automation. Expertise in C# test frameworks (such as xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, SpecFlow) is required. Strong experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI is essential. An understanding of Docker environments for testing and deployment scenarios is also desired. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role. Nice to have qualifications include experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6), familiarity with PostgreSQL for test data management and validation, and knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).,
