Job Description

Senior Test Analyst

Important Responsibilities:

Focus on an Automation first approach and integration with Modern DevOps practises.
Provide leadership and technical expertise within functional and non-functional Test Automation and Testing.
Develop, and review test scripts to ensure
comprehensive coverage
and agreement on our requirements.
Collaborate with delivery teams to manage defects and facilitate defect evaluation sessions.
Work with product owners and scrum master's to determine acceptance criteria for testing.
Document and Track test artifacts inappropriate applications Jira, source-code control (test automation scripts)
Document and present test results back to partners or product owners.
Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and Best Practices.

Who we're looking for:

Experience of building, implementing, and directing quality assurance principles across teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Experience with Agile methodologies and experience working in teams
Hands-on experience with tools such as
SOAP UI, Postman, Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium
, and performance testing with
Apache JMeter
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS, and GenAI-based testing accelerators
Someone who is enthusiastic.
Have technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, in a continuous delivery environment.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester).
