Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relations, and achieving call/target goals. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about offerings. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication. Maintain a record of calls and update customer details in the database. Follow up with potential clients/customers for meetings, sales, or conversions. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business growth. Proven experience as a telecaller / telemarketer / customer support role preferred. Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Ability to persuade and handle objections confidently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.). Strong listening skills, patience, and positive attitude.
