Senior Telecaller – Student Counseling

Location: Ujjain
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years (in telecalling/counseling/sales preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads from inquiries, events, and social platforms
• Explain course details, career benefits, and institute offerings confidently over the phone
• Convert phone inquiries into walk-ins and admissions
• Handle follow-ups and maintain engagement with interested students
• Update lead details, call status, and response logs in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the front desk and counseling team for smooth follow-through
• Meet daily and monthly call/connect/admission targets
• Handle basic WhatsApp, message, and email queries

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or inside sales
• Confident, polite, and persuasive tone on calls
• Strong follow-up and documentation habits
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, email handling)

Salary Package:

• Fixed salary as per experience
• Performance-based incentives on conversions

Pay: ₹8,958.35 - ₹15,000.00 per month
