Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Sales Executives to join our Liver Care Division. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, engaging customers in meaningful health conversations, building trust, and driving sales for Meadbery Liver Detox. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for helping people improve their health.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from assigned leads.
• Explain liver health concerns, product benefits, and Meadbery’s holistic liver care program.
• Build trust by providing accurate information and handling customer objections with empathy.
• Confirm, process, and upsell orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team leader to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Follow up with existing customers for reorders and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling (preferably healthcare, pharma, or nutraceutical industry).
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare supplements is an advantage.
