Senior Telecaller

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the retail industry and a proven track record in customer engagement and sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, generating leads, and promoting our products/services to retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to retailers and showroom owners to promote our offerings and services.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Provide detailed information about our products/services and answer client queries.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into active users.
• Update and maintain an accurate database of all interactions and sales progress.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi.
• Proven ability to persuade and influence potential clients effectively.
• Familiarity with the retail industry's challenges and business operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM software).
