Position: Sr. Telecaller /Education Counsellor / IT Counsellor

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Type: Full-Time, Work From Office

Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and approachable Education Counselor to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals interested in IT education and training programs. Your expertise will help students make informed decisions about their learning path and contribute to their personal and professional growth in the IT field.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential students and handle inbound inquiries.

* Explain courses, benefits, and career opportunities to students.

* Identify student needs and suggest suitable programs.

* Maintain and update student database and follow up regularly.

* Assist students with admission process, documentation, and fee details.

* Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

* Maintain positive communication and relationship with students.

* Coordinate with the marketing and admission teams for lead updates.

* Stay informed about course changes, schedules, and offers.

* Handle queries professionally and ensure a smooth counseling experience.

Qualifications:

* Graduate from any field.

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling/ counselling, sales, or support.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.

* Confident, well-spoken, and presentable.

* Basic understanding of IT is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
