As a Senior Techno-Functional Analyst II specializing in Oracle Finance, your role involves the analysis, design, implementation, and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite while adhering to all relevant standards. Your responsibilities include: - Prepare Unit Test and end-to-end Test scripts - Conduct CRP with Global Business Users - Investigate and resolve issues within Oracle Application functionality - Prioritize and manage assigned issues - Create and manage TARs with the Oracle support organization - Pro-actively monitor key business processes - Work with end users to streamline business processes using Oracle functionality - Develop functional and technical specifications for new business requirements - Document detailed processes and procedures - Train end users Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelors / masters degree in engineering / information technology/ computer applications - At least one full lifecycle Oracle E-Business Suite R12 implementation/ support experience - Good accounting knowledge, expertise in period close activities, and reconciliation techniques - Exposure to EB TAX, US Sales & Use Tax, Japan GST, European VAT, and Asia VAT - Basic understanding of financial statements, Account / Accrual / Trial Balance Reconciliation, and Revenue Management - Strong knowledge of Technical and Functional aspects, preferably with 40% functional and 60% technical expertise - Exposure to development and experience in RICEW components (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows) - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Hands-on technical experience in PL-SQL, XML Publisher, and Query Tuning - Experience in data conversions from legacy sources and Integrations with third-party applications This position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to contribute effectively to the organization's success.
