Senior Technical Writer -Must have Networking domain (Contract)

The writer will be working on the Polaris (IOS-XE based) features for the Industrial IoT switches/routers/wireless products (using AEM & Oxygen) and also OLH (using Madcap Flare)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer for a long-term contract to develop and maintain high-quality documentation for networking and telecom systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using XML or DITA. Responsibilities include:

• Creating, updating, and managing technical documents and user manuals.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to gather and clarify information.
• Ensuring all documentation meets industry standards and is easy to understand for end-users.
• Utilizing XML/DITA to structure and standardize content.
• Conducting regular reviews and updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in technical writing within the networking or telecom domain.
• Proficiency in XML and DITA.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
