Senior Technical Support Specialist

You should have a minimum of 7 to 15 years of experience in IT support, with at least three years specifically in OpenStack environments. Your technical expertise should include a deep understanding of OpenStack architecture, services, and deployment models, as well as extensive experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes within OpenStack. Proficiency in Linux systems administration, networking, and virtualization technologies is essential. You must have a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues in enterprise environments and possess excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Possession of relevant certifications such as OpenStack Certified Administrator (COA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or similar will be highly desirable. It is important that you are able to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation and handle high-severity incidents as required. Experience with large-scale OpenStack deployments in industries like telecommunications, finance, or cloud service providers is preferred. Familiarity with other cloud-native tools and platforms that integrate with OpenStack is also beneficial. Prior experience in a vendor support role or a similar Level 4 support capacity is an advantage. Additionally, you should be willing to work from the UAE for approximately 2-3 years.,
