Senior Technical Support Specialist

Roles and responsibilities:

• Strong experience working on implementation, configuration and administration of Proof Point DLP,
• Sentinel one, Crowdstrike, TrendMicro.
• Provisioning solutions, based on consultation with the customer.
• Develops an understanding of customer engagements (objectives, project scope, business and technical
• requirements) to ensure expectations are met.
• Produces project-related documents including any required technical architecture diagrams.
• These documents might include SOW, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan etc.
• Hands-on experience in migrating the solution to solution
• Upgrade firmware, security patches and latest software upgrades as per client policy
• Good understanding knowledge and hands-on in Endpoint Security and DLP
• Basic knowledge of core networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Forcepoint DLP, Sentinel one etc.
• Quickly respond, good troubleshooting skills and implement resolutions for client issues
• Independent handling and managing severity.
• Should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service delivery signed off by clients
• Execute approved maintenance activities and configuration changes.
