Job Description

Senior Technical Research Analyst

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and driving innovation in the education sector. You will contribute to designing industry-relevant curriculum, guiding students on real-world projects, and participating in applied research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Mentorship

Deliver engaging and structured lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
Mentor students on technical projects, research initiatives, and their overall learning journey.
Use modern pedagogical approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
Provide hands-on exposure to industry-relevant tools and technologies.

Academic & Institutional Development

Participate in academic activities including exam coordination, question paper setting, invigilation, and answer script evaluation.
Collaborate with the leadership team to improve student outcomes and academic performance.

Research & Industry Collaboration

Initiate and lead applied research projects addressing real-world challenges.
Guide students in identifying, planning, and executing research projects.

Educational Qualifications

M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering
Minimum 60% marks in both UG and PG
