Key Responsibilities Teaching & Student Mentorship Deliver engaging and structured lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. Mentor students on technical projects, research initiatives, and their overall learning journey. Use modern pedagogical approaches to enhance learning outcomes. Provide hands-on exposure to industry-relevant tools and technologies. Academic & Institutional Development Participate in academic activities including exam coordination, question paper setting, invigilation, and answer script evaluation. Collaborate with the leadership team to improve student outcomes and academic performance. Research & Industry Collaboration Initiate and lead applied research projects addressing real-world challenges. Guide students in identifying, planning, and executing research projects.
