5+ years
of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, specifically in
Europe hiring
; Poland hiring experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of European hiring norms, market behaviour, and talent pool dynamics.
Experience supporting stakeholders based in Europe.
Excellent sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
