A3 - SCM Customer/Supply Planner (Trade Promotion Management)

Role Overview

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate or Senior Process Associate to support Trade Promotion Management operations, system administration, reporting, and governance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, TPM process knowledge, and preferably have experience in SCM, Supply Planning, FMCG, or e-Commerce environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support TPM BAU activities, including Internal, External, and Trade Promotion Management processes.
    • Conduct daily monitoring of promotional activities and ensure timely execution. • Perform daily downstream interface checks and resolve identified issues. • Monitor outbound processes and SAP job runs to ensure smooth system operations. • Handle issue management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination. • Prepare monthly KPI reports, governance dashboards, and presentation materials. • Support ROI calculations and provide business insights through data analysis.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Hands-on experience with TPM (Trade Promotion Management) systems.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Macros/VBA. • Basic knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard preparation. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Trade Promotion, Customer Planning, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence processes, Supply Planning, FMCG or e-Commerce environments.
    • Understanding of SAP integrations and promotional planning workflows. • Experience in KPI reporting, governance management, and business analytics.
