Job Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using
IBM InfoSphere DataStage
.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL specifications.
Develop complex DataStage jobs including parallel and server jobs.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems.
Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Develop reusable components and ETL frameworks.
Work closely with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and Application Teams.
Support data quality, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
IBM InfoSphere DataStage
.
Experience in developing
Parallel Jobs, Sequence Jobs, Shared Containers, and Job Sequencers
.
Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, etc.).
Good understanding of
Data Warehousing and ETL concepts
.
Experience with data migration and integration projects.
Knowledge of job performance tuning and optimization.
Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
